This is exclusive to Solaris / Luminaire machine with upgrade 2 or Solaris2 / Luminaire2
If you do not have upgrade 2 for either machine this hoop will not recognize on your embroidery machine. Please make sure you have upgrade 2 on your machine under settings page 6.
