Kimberbell Purr-Fect Mug Rug

Let's create a Purr-fect adorable mug rug together and I will share with you a few new ideas to create with your mug rug.  

We’ll be making the 5x7 size

Your kit will include: All the fabrics and embellishments needed for the project.

If you choose to supply your own textiles, listed is a few suggestions for the kitty:

Microfiber towel

Low loft minky or velour

Please have the following supplies ready:

• Embroidery machine with embroidery module and embroidery foot attached.  

• 75/11 or 80/12 Microtex needle

• 5x7” hoop

• Design Loaded to USB

• Required:

• Printed Instructions 

• Embroidery Threads: listed in instructions, or use your creativity

• Medium cut away stabilizer

• 6”x8” batting

• Fusible backing, ie; SF101

• 3”x3 ½” wash-away topper

• White prewound machine embroidery bobbin

• Applique Scissors, snips

• Kimberbell Paper tape and/or Transpore tape

• Wool mat and iron

• Point turner

• Smaller quilting ruler and rotary cutter. 

• Optional: 

• Martelli Rotating Mat

• Dime Spray Tent with Gunold KK100 Adhesive Spray

• Precision Tip Tweezers with either Sidehoppers or Snips with Hook Blade for trimming jump threads
